Oliver?s copy with his bookplate on the fp as well as Oliver?s reference number stamped in ink on the front of the jacket and the jacket front flap. Simcox wrote numerous titles on religion; Oliver was one of the founders of the right-wing John Birch Society and was virulently anti-semetic.
