Over 20 Victorian French Puzzles and Games. Paris, 1880s – 1900s. A variety of dexterity, magnetic, and other skill-based puzzles/games by N.K, M.D., and others. Includes: Le Pendu (a wooden toy), La Photographie Moderne, Les Anneaux Cocasses, Les Barres Fixes (two, with different box labels), Question du Transvaal, La Bougie & Le Chandelier (with a juggling/circus theme), Jeu du President (two different), LaBouteille Mysterieuse (with fragile glass bottle), La Paille dans D’Oeil, and many others. 3 ½ x 6 x 1” and smaller. Sold with three modern reproductions of games from a similar era. Expected wear to boxes, but very good to near fine condition overall. A handsome grouping.
