Pair of Paper Circus Hats. 1920s. Two early ephemeral paper hats of the same design, one with an overprint for Al. G. Barnes, the other promoting the elephant ?Queenie? ?bought by the kiddies of Scranton & Vicinity in the Scranton Times campaign.? Width 22?. Old central fold, rusted at staple marks, otherwise good.
