Illustrated throughout. Text and plates volumes. Text volume with woodcut portrait of Hunter signed by artist John DePol. [4, blank], [xxvi], [1]-[335], [1, blank] pp. Plate volume is unpaginated. Text volume hand-bound by Gray Parrot in publisher's quarter green levant morocco over patterned boards, spine ruled and lettered in gilt, handmade paper endleaves and text; plates volume bound in publisher's full green cloth, printed paper label on front board. Both housed in publisher's full green cloth clamshell case. FIRST EDITION, #57/150 COPIES SIGNED BY DR. BAKER.
