Original printed wrappers (some moderate edgewear, soiling, front hinge starting light soiling to rear wrapper); publisher?s printed dust jacket (spine toned and lightly chipped, some edgewear, chipping, upper third of rear jacket panel missing). Provenance: Anthony Stuart McCormick (ownership signature on half-title, dated 1948). THE RARE TRUE FIRST APPEARANCE OF THESE ILLUSTRATIONS IN DUST JACKET.
