Penny Arcade Products Co. 1 Cent Dean Bulk Vendor. Culver City, ca. 1975. Aluminum base and top. Dean was the artist who designed and silkscreened the glass and whose name is embossed on the top. No lock or key but the machine can be loaded from the top by using a coin or a screw driver to remove the screw. Working. Repainted.
