Includes inscription ?A piece of the Royal Savage, of Benedict Arnold?s fleet, sunk by the ? British fleet, commanded by Capt Thomas Pringle on Oct 11th 1776, off the ? S.W. point of Valcour Island, on Lake Champlain N.Y. Obtained at an ? extraordinary low stage of water by Louis M. Fouquet. Plattsburgh N.Y. ? over 100 years after the vessel was sunk ?
