Single 4to volume of handsome engraved plates that accompanied this treatise on magic tricks, optical illusions, and recreational mathematics. Marbled boards over cloth spine (boards well worn). 4to. Faint dampstains, foxing, and wear, but still a handsome collection of images related to magic dating to the late eighteenth century.
