Original red cloth decoratively stamped in blind and titled in gilt, Horace Thayer ad. on front pastedown, fully attached with a hand colored foldout map of the state of Illinois with an inset map of central Chicago. Booklet measures 5 ? x 3 ??, map 22 x 18?. Light edge rubbing to boards, few stains and fold separations to map. Uncommon.
