Handsomely illustrated by Pogany with 20 tipped-in colored plates, monochrome illustrations, decorative title pages, initials, and textual borders. Publisher?s dark green boards decorated and titled in gilt, previous ownership name stamped in gilt to front board, top edge gilt, illustrated endpapers (gilt faded with pale spotting to cover, heel of spine worn with loss, corners slightly frayed).
