Popeye Lantern. Japan: Linemar Toys, mid-twentieth century. Battery operated tin litho toy lantern with arms that swing up as a handle. In original box. 7 _î tall. Light oxidation on edges of hands, some fading to color on chin, general light paint scratches. Box has water damage, paint marks, and a tape-repaired tear. Working. Good.
