DELUXE EDITION, #475/1,500 COPIES SIGNED BY FOUR PRESIDENTS ON INSERTED LEAVES; IN ADDITION, THIS COPY HAS A SMALL SHEET OF NOTE PAPER SIGNED BY GEORGE H. W. BUSH (sheet is laid-in and is not normally called-for).
The Presidents who have signed the inserted leaves include: Richard Nixon, Gerald R. Ford, Jimmy Carter, and George W. Bush.
Condition
Spines sunned, light rubbing to bindings, some mild soiling, rubbing, bumping to slipcase. Fine.
