[PRISON ART]. MULLIN, Herbert W. (1947-2022). Three Mountainous Landscapes. Each signed recto and signed, dated, and inscribed with the title verso. Acrylic on paper. Including "Holy Mountain Scene," September 1994; "Evening Row" October 5th, 1994 / Wednesday; and "Spring Twilight" October 12th, 1994 / Wednesday. Mullin was a serial killer who murdered 13 people in California over the span of four months in the early 1970s (13 October 1972 to 13 February 1973), believing the killings would prevent earthquakes. Two smaller 7 1/2 x 11 1/4" and larger 9 x 12".
