[QUACKERY]. Pair of Veterinary Cautery Devices [and:] a Later Portable Dental Drill. [V.p., ca. 19th - 20th centuries]. Includes: Paquelin's Thermo-Cautery in wooden box, lined in purple silk (7 x 5 x 4 1/2"), with hinged lid with handle. Two rubber air bulbs (hardened), two metal heat lamps (?), five metal attachments, paper instructions. [And:] ether veterinary cautery set in wooden box (17 x 5 1/2 x 2 1/2"), hinged lid with handle. Cautery device, ether bottle (empty), several hypodermic attachments, a heat attachment, small metal kerosene lamp. [And:] Electro-Mallet portable dental drill in plastic case with hinged lid and handle. Intensity dial, five adjustment dials, wired drill with attachments and power cord. 

Condition

Some wear, soiling. All untested. Generally very good.
