Single record (one side is ?Something Is Worrying Me,? the reverse side is ?Pain in My Heart?), signed by Redding in blue ink on the plain sleeve (it is possible that the sleeve was married to a later single release). Sleeve is approximately 7 x 7?. Some toning, mild wear to sleeve, some soiling, rubbing to single, some ink notes on sleeve and single, Redding?s signature is a bit faint. Still, a very good example of a rare signature. Redding, known as ?The King of Soul,? was a great singer and a legend of Rhythm and Blues and Soul, having a string of hits, including ?(Sittin? on the) Dock of the Bay,? ?Amen,? and ?Hard to Handle?.
