First edition, signed on endpapers by nine boxers and a trainer including British heavyweight boxer Henry Cooper, Braddock?s camp trainer Harry Raskin, Bill Irby, Whitey Hurwitz, Jack Russel, Charley Massera, Jack McCarthy, Max Long, and Bill Margolis. Original green buckram stamped in gilt, unclipped pictorial dust jacket. 8vo. Jacket creased and chipped at extremities; lightly soiled to front panel fore edge and rear panel, pages slightly toned, else interior clean with vibrant signatures. Scarce.
