Shenck, Washington, Oct. 29, 1889? and the second a mailing cover franked in the upper right with Schenk?s signature, bearing an illegible date of cancellation, and addressed to a ?1st Lieut. L. Campbell? at Fort Sully in the ?Dacotah [sic] Territory? in Schenk?s hand.
