ROGERS, Sulton (American, 1922-2003). Two-Headed Male and Female Couple. Two hand-carved wooden sculptures. 17 ? h x 5 w x 4 ?? d. (largest). Signed underneath feet S. R. Minor splits on horns on male figure visible. Good condition. These sculptures with grotesque or oversized features (called ?haints? by the artist) are characteristic of his aesthetic and are excellent examples.
