[Soviet Space Program] Russian Cosmonaut Commemorative Porcelain Vase. Russia: Konakovskiy Faience Factory, ca. 1960s. Ceramic vase standing 18 ?? tall bearing the portrait of a cosmonaut surrounded by decorative gilt with Cyrillic script above; satellites, rockets, launch pads and armed vehicles flank the likeness, with a star motif on the back. Makers mark visible, hole drilled through bottom, else fine.
