Text volume: original linen, spine label; Facsimile volume: original pigskin stamped in blind, original slipcase. LIMITED EDITION, number 615 of 800 copies. The Codex Egberti is a famous gospel book illuminated in the scriptorium of the Reichenau Monastery for Egbert, bishop of Trier. It is now held in the city library.
