Lithographed front wrapper with image of Mrs. Howard in blackface as ?Topsy?. Rear wrapper missing. Final page is p. 5; the sheet music appears to be complete here, based on other copies offered online. String in binding is missing, front wrapper worn at left margin, some soiling to front wrapper, text leaves worn, soiled, toned, with a tear to lower margin.
