Single leaf removed from a program, the verso with four ads, signed by 19 magicians in attendance, several of whom include personal inscriptions to Mora, such as Theo Hardeen, Frederick Eugene Powell, Al Baker, Arthur Felsman, Sam Margolis, Bob Sherman, George Krinog, Keith Clark, and Walter A. Schwartz. Mora also signs at lower right. Old folds, small piece torn from right margin.
