Silk Cabby. Tampa: Warren Hamilton, 1960s. Box with two hinged doors allows for magical change, production, vanish, or restoration of silk kerchiefs placed inside. Width 7 1/2?. Dragon design hand-painted on both doors. This is the only example we have seen finished in this way by Hamilton, as all others bear his trademark stenciled lacquer finish. Hallmarked. Very good overall.
