Total sight size approximately: 12 ? x 15?. Framed under glass on both sides. Frame size approximately: 15 ? x 18?. Each page with 2 vertical and 3 horizontal creases, some wear, toning, a few ink markings smeared. Very good. Not examined out of frame. ?The appraised bill of the Estate of Joseph Barson Deceased / 1 Boy Dave at ? $600.00 / 1 Man Marke at ? 250.00 / 1 Boy William at ? 400.00 / ?? as well as appraisal of the land, livestock, and chattel portions of Barson?s estate. Signed at the end of the document by the appraisers, James Gilley [?], John McWhorter, and Wm. Matson [?].
