Toned, two vertical and one horizontal crease, some soiling, mild foxing. Framed under glass. Very good. Not examined out of frame. ?Received of Eliza f. McNeil administratrix of William A. Hicks administrator of John McNeil the following property, to wit, said Silla appraised to $5. Little Dick appraised to $1000 ? and Rean appraised to $950 ? amounting to one thousand nine hundred & fifty five dollars which is in full of all the negroe property willed to Bilphia Brewer wife of Laneus Brewer by the last will & testament of John McNeil.
