[SNUFF BOX]. [BONAPARTE, Napoleon (1769-1821), subject]. Imperial Family Burled Wood Snuff Box. [France, ca. 1812]. Circular wooden snuff box with pull-off lid, with profiles of Napoleon I, Marie-Louise (the emperor?s second wife), and her father, King Francis II of Austria. Approximately 3 ?? in diameter, ?? high. Edges of box (lid and bottom) with occasional chipping, wear, profiles on lid are faded. Still, very good.
