Tsiolkovsky has crossed out the printed title of the notebook, and has written (in Russian), ?Additions to Space Research 1903 - 1904 Kaluga [Tsiolkovsky's home town] K. Tsiolkovsky." There is an original sketch of a rocket with a cosmonaut seated inside (sketch approximately 3 ?" long). On verso, there are four columns of numbers and calculations in his hand in pencil.
