FIRST EDITION OF THIS RARE TREATISE STATING THAT THE DANES CREATED STONEHENGE, WITH BOTH OF THE RARE FOLDING PLATES. This treatise was published to refute Inigo Jones' treatise stating that the Romans built Stonehenge; Charleton stated that the Danes built Stonehenge based upon the fact that there is a similar structure in Denmark. The initial poems by Robert Howard and John Dryden are present.
