Including: a packet of material related to efforts to regulate tattooing in Arkansas; (2) copies of a bill in the Georgia Senate to increase the minimum age to obtain a tattoo; Report of the Senate Study Committee on the Regulation of Tattooing (Georgia State Senate Research Office), and a draft report of the same study. Also with (4) National Tattoo Association directories (1990s); Skin Trade Removeable Tattoos Catalogue 1992;Andrew John Lemes III, The Complete Handbook of Tattooing Techniques for the Artis (revised 1980); and several others. Altogether, 27 pieces. Condition generally fine. Provenance: Dr. Tatu's Tattoo Clinic (Dale Spratlin), Mableton, GA (a few pieces addressed). Largest 17 x 11".
