Bound in contemporary marbled boards, with later black morocco backstrips and corners, marbled edges and endleaves (mild rubbing to marbled boards, some foxing, thumbsoiling to plates, occasional soiling to text, pp. 349-352 in vol. I chipped at upper corners (no loss of text), minor occasional wear to endleaves). Very good. FIRST EDITION IN BOOK FORM. Van Duzer 147.
