The Absconding Lycan. Thailand: Magic Wagon, 2000s. A resin depiction of a mythic wolf-like creature, the Lycan, is shown stretched between two posts. A sheet of Plexiglas is placed behind the creature and a brass-tone chain threaded through holes to lock it in place – yet a moment later the sheet is visibly lifted away as the animal miraculously escapes. 6” tall. Fine.
