"The Beano!" Original Poster Artwork. London, ca. 1976. Ink on paper. Original poster artwork advertising the Bricklayers Arms Amateur All Night Drinking Association's "beano" outing to Margate. The design is an adult satire of the popular kids comic-strip also called The Beano. The design would have been photocopied and posted to promote the event. Signed "BW" at bottom. 23 1/4 x 16 1/2".
Condition
Chipping to top and pinholes to margins. Toning and light soiling throughout. Very good.
