The Enchanted Negro's Head. London, J. Bland [?], ca. 1890. A cane topped with a finely carved ?Negro's Head" with inset glass eyes. The ferrule unscrews from the body of the cane, exposing a compartment in which is concealed a small knife. Amazingly, the knife can be passed through the neck of the carving without separating it from its mount. From Ken Klosterman's Salon de Magie. Overall length of 34 ?".
