Illustrated with woodcuts. 4to. Four leaves, p. 1—232. Light to mild soiling toward rear, several closed tears, marginal chipping and tears, scattered ink splotches and rust-marks, prelims annotated in pencil. Toole Stott 572 (“a very scarce issue”).
