The Mysterious Bran and Candy Trick. Chicago: August Roterberg, ca. 1912. Confetti is scooped into a glass banded with nickel-plated metal, which is then placed on a nickel-plated stand. A handsome spun cover is placed over all; when removed, the confetti has changed into any other object that fits inside the glass. Base hallmarked ?A.R. Chicago.? Overall height 12".
