Fine. FIRST EDITION, #15/500 COPIES - THIS COPY INSCRIBED BY THE AUTHORS TO CONTRIBUTOR JOHN FISHER. Laid-in is a typed letter signed from John Gaughan (on his stationery) to Fisher, presenting this book to him. Psycho was a thinking automaton invented by John Maskelyne.
