Contemporary full polished pigskin, covers tooled in blind with a view of an altar and decoratively framed inside several alternating fleuron tooled borders, 5 raised bands with gilt filet, compartment with elaborate scrollwork in gilt, morocco spine label titled in gilt, marbled endpapers, a.e.m. Three steel-engraved plates with tissue guards including the frontispiece. 12mo. Joints and corners rubbed, occasional foxing and offsetting to text or plates.
