Hall, Trevor H. Two Conjuring Bibliographies. Including Bibliography of Books on Conjuring in English 1580-1850 (Minneapolis: Carl Waring Jones, 1957), one of 500 copies, quarter yellow cloth with green leatherette binding, illustrated frontispiece; and Old Conjuring Books (London: Duckworth, 1972), blue publisher's cloth, portrait frontispiece, number 735 of 1000 signed by the author. Both very good.
