Two Fire Alarm Telegraph Boxes. New York: Horni Signal MFG Corp., ca. 1930s. Thick metal casing with mechanical lever and raised painted directives ("PULL THIS HANDLE DOWN," "WIND"); pulling the handle triggered a spring-loaded internal mechanism that sent an electrical pulse telegraph to local fire stations. The mechanism is accessible through panel at bottom. Call box numbers 396 and 2425. Not tested.

11 x 8 x 4 1/4". 

Condition

Paint chipped, surface dirt, general light abrading. Not tested. Very good. Customer pick-up or third party shipping required.
