Houdini, Harry (Ehrich Weiss). Typed Letter Signed, “Houdini,” to T. Nelson Downs. Indianapolis, March 31, 1925. On one sheet of notepaper, recounting his recent attendance and the publicity surrounding a séance at which he “caught” the trumpet medium George Renner, writing that he “walked into his séance room feeling that I had found a genuine medium.” 6 ¾ x 6”. Typed portion heavily faded but legible. Handsomely mounted beside a reproduction poster print in a wooden frame.
