Condition
Spines toned, edgeworn, boards soiled, some scuffing to endleaves, text somewhat toned, foxed, soiled, a few gutters overopened. Very good. FIRST ENGLISH EDITION. Verestchagin traveled extensively in Asia and elsewhere. An accomplished artist, his work is known for dramatic realism - some of his art is so startling, that it was banned from public display.
