Watch Mortar. Circa 1910. Faux marble mortar and pestle used to apparently destroy a borrowed watch by grinding it to bits, yet the timepiece is later discovered ? intact and working ? in an impossible location. Spring-loaded mechanism. 5 ?? high. Some cracking and paint wear to walls of mortar.
