An agreement between Peter Holz and Ogden, the first mayor of Chicago, for the sale of forty acres of land in “the north half of the west half of the southwest quarter of section number eighteen (18) in township number Forty (40) North of range number fourteen (14) east of the third principal meridian in the County of Cook.” 16 x 10 ½”. Signed and sealed by city officials.
