Baxter, folding map (some dampstaining to upper corner of title, frontispiece, and several preliminary quires, S5 and S6 chipped at outer margin). Modern quarter polished calf over marbled boards, raised bands, morocco spine label gilt, compartments gilt, uncut. FIRST EDITION of the author?s visits to the Hervey Islands, Tahiti, Samoa and several other South Sea islands.
