Hand-painted, single-sided metal sign in a wooden frame for a Kilbourn, WI (later Wisconsin Dells) real estate office. Sight 29 ? x 46". Frame size 31 ? x 48". Frame with metal reinforcements at corners (most likely as issued). Sign worn, scuffed, contemporary address labels on verso. Very good. Customer pick-up or third party shipping required.
