Ink-and-watercolor flash design by Zeke Owen, aka Tattoo Zeke (1940-2019), United States, 1980. Signed and dated to the lower margin. Single portrait design features a dark-haired woman with red roses cascading down her hair, meant for a larger-scale project. 15 x 10".
Even toning across sheet, lightly scattered marks, overall in very good condition.
