No background. With the Walt Disney Company authentication stamp at lower left. Sight 10 ? x 14". Matted and framed under glass. Frame size 17 x 20". Some visible wrinkling to acetate beneath characters, frame with some wear. With printed COA on verso (added later to this frame). Near fine. Not examined out of frame.
