No background. With the Walt Disney Company authentication stamp at lower left. Sight 9 ? x 12". Matted and framed under glass. Frame size 16 ? x 19". Acetate sheets partially coming off background, some wrinkling to mats, some wear to frame. Very good. Not examined out of frame.
