[iii]-xxiv, [1]-[490] pp. Two facsimile discharge pages at rear, reckoned within collation. Bound in contemporary brown pebbled paper boards, black gilt spine morocco lettering label (spine worn, toned, label chipped, boards worn, creased, a few gutters overopened). Good. With the armorial bookplates of the ?Prince de Carini Bibliotheque? and ?Rod. Aug. d?Ornano, Bibliotheque? on the ffep. FIRST EDITION THUS. The title-page is dated 1816, but there is a letter dated 1817 in the text.
