Original publisher?s yellow cloth, spine stamped in black and gilt, grey top edge; original unclipped dust jacket (spine panel sunned, small stain to lower panel). FIRST EDITION, FIRST PRINTING (stated on copyright page), of Capote?s novella. Breakfast at Tiffany?s first appeared in the November 1958 issue of Esquire magazine, and its great success led to its publication as its own volume, along with three other short stories: ?House of Flowers,? ?A Diamond Guitar,? and ?A Christmas Memory?. The novella was later adapted into the 1961 Academy Award-winning motion picture starring Audrey Hepburn. Wilson A7a.
